No copy of the data you submit is stored anywhere else. As our site uses SSL (https) the data you submit using the contact form will be encrypted once your press the “Submit” button.
If you call us we may store your contact details, if appropriate, in our contacts database which is stored on our computer systems (and backed up to iCloud).
If you send us an email, we will store a copy of your email in our email system (Gmail) which may also save your email to our computer on which we access our Gmail emails. Your emails will be scanned for viruses and unsolicited “spam” emails using F-Secure.
If you are one of our customers, we will store your details within our contacts system (which is backed up to iCloud). Of course, we will also store your details in our accounting package for the purposes of invoicing you.
